The DGAEL financially supported the rural community of Tin-Akoff for bank protection of water court activities "Beli" through a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the DGAEL and the communityof the rural district of Tin-Akoff. With this signature, it is made available to the City Hall, under the year 2014, a sum of five (five million) CFA francs.
Through this funding, the City was able to make stone bunds, treatment thresholds ravines with dry stone, fixing sand dunes with Euphorbia.

The objective of this study is to slow the silting of water "Beli" Court and restore the land around.
